Schwarzgold was licensed in Neumünster in 2011 and awarded as a premium stallion. In 2012, he was also licensed at the main Danish Warmblood stallion grading in Herning, where he completed the required 10-day test in Vilhelmsborg, followed by his 30-day test in Germany.
Consistently ranked among the very best of his age group, Schwarzgold qualified four years in a row (2012–2015) for the Bundeschampionat. In 2013, he won the Championship for Four-Year-Old Stallions at the International Trakehner Bundestournament in Hanover.
By 2015, Schwarzgold was already among the Top 3 most successful Trakehner sporthorses of his generation and has since become a multiple winner in advanced-level dressage (S-class).
